SOPs and Guidelines


Security Check Point
For Resident
  1. If driving in, use the resident lane and the proximity card to open the boom gate.
  2. If by taxi or chauffeured, use the visitor lane and show your resident card. Guard will issue the driver a Dropping Pass. Vehicle must leave in 7 minutes and return the pass.
  3. If walk-in, show your Resident Card to the guard and guard will open the pedestrian gate.
  4. If driving out, resident must use proximity card for egress.

For Visitors
  1. Tell the guard the number of the unit you are visiting. Register at the guard house using MYKAD or passport, or leaving the driving licence with the guard.
  2. Guard will intercom the resident of the unit for approval of the visitation.
  3. Upon approval, register with MYKAD or passport, or by leaving the driving licence with the guard. A Visitor Pass will be issued and to be displayed during the visit.
  4. Visitors are allowed to park their vehicle at the visitor parking bays, subjected to availability, and will be issued a Visitor Parking Pass to be displayed on the dashboard. 
  5. Visitor parking is until 12 midnight. Overnight parking is allowed upon application to PDMC office by the resident.
  6. During egress, return the Visitor Pass and collect your driving licence.

For Call-A-Cab
  1. Tell the guard in advance that you have called for a taxi and are expecting the taxi at your block's lobby.
  2. During egress, taxi driver return the Picking-Up Pass and you may be requested to show your Resident Card.


Trapped In Lift
  1. Press the Alarm Button (yellow button) for help.
  2. Guard at the guard house will response.
  3. Upon confirmation of people trapped inside the lift, guard will contact the lift contractor.
  4. Lift contractor's technician will arrived soon.
  5. By the govenment DOSH regulations, only licensed lift technicians can have access to the keys for opening the lift doors during emergencies.

Fire Fighting
  1. Call 994 or 03-62032559. Switch off the main power to the unit. 
  2. Proceed to break the glass of the Fire Break Glass at the hallway to trigger the Fire Alarm System.
  3. Use the key from the Fire Break Glass to open the Bomba Riser door.
  4. Attach the fire hose nozzle to the fire hose and then pull out all the coils.
  5. Turn on the water to douse the fire.
