4th Annual General Meeting (Adjournment)

Please be informed that the AGM scheduled for today is adjourned to the same day in the next week at the same place and time for lack of a quorum.

Time: 2 PM to 4 PM
Venue: Multi-Purpose Hall


If at the adjourned meeting a quorum is not present within half an hour after the time appointed for the meeting, those present within half an hour after the time appointed for the meeting, those persons entitled to vote who are present shall constitute a quorum.

New Security Guards

The Management has terminated the service of the security company, Urban Axis and replaced them with security company, DNS. The new security guards took over on the 20/10/2010 night shift.

The Management is looking forward to a smooth transition with the cooperation of all the residents and their visitors. Please abide by the House Rules and allow the new guards to do their job as instructed. They have an approved S.O.P. to follow for better security management in our condominium.

Breakdown of Bomba Lift at Block B

Please be informed that the contractor has troubleshoot the Block B Bomba Lift and found there is problem with main board.

We have placed an order with the contractor for this item, which will take approx 1 week to deliver and install.

Replacing New Water Pipe at Block D

Please be informed that the contractor will be replacing new water
pipes at roof tank and water meter riser room located at every
floor. The contractors will also be washing the water tank at roof
top.

The time period required to disconnect the old water pipes and to
replace with new water pipes is 30 hours which includes time to dry
the pipe glue. During this period there will be disruption to water
supply at Block D for 30 hours.

The contractor will be working throughout this period to speed up
the piping works.

The total work schedule for the above works is as follows:-

13/10/10 (Wed) 10AM – 14/10/10 (Thu) 4PM

Our technicians will be present to monitor the works.

We advice all residents to store water for their own use during
the above works.
