Please be informed with immediate effect all Pick Up and Drop Off must be registered at the Guard House.
Residents who are accepting Visitors, Taxi, Fast Food Delivery, etc., kindly inform the Guard House in advance. We strongly advice again in such case if the unit fails to answer the intercom the guards will not allow the Visitors, Taxi, Fast Food Delivery, etc to enter into Prima Duta Condominium.
Your co-operation on the above matter is very much appreciated to maintain tight security and safe living environment in Prima Duta.
