Guard House New Lightings and Plants

Prima Duta's guardhouse is the nicest in the neighborhood. It's a beautiful sight especially in the evening when it's lighted up.

We have also planted new plants at the main entrance to help beautify this stretch of Jalan Dutamas Raya.

Tremors Felt At Prima Duta Condo

Tremors were felt at our condo this afternoon for a minute. A check with online news, reported that an earthquake hit the water off west coast of northern Sumatra with a magnitude of 8.7 at 4.38PM, triggering tsunami warning.
